Stock Control Associate

Hours: C Shift - Friday, Saturday and Sundays 6am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate reports
  • Accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance for moving product between Freezers and Plants
  • Maintain files
  • Coordinate and interface with team members by telephone, email, or fax
  • Set priorities and organize work
  • Select appropriate methods to complete assigned tasks
  • Evaluate results and coordinate with others
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred inventory experience
  • Must be able to operate a pallet jack, high‑reach lift, and other equipment
  • One‑year continuous work experience in the last 12 months
  • Basic computer skills with preference for Tysons Business Computer Systems, including Product Availability (PA) and Order Processing (ORP) Systems, Windows, mainframe components, Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; clear, concise, professional, and customer‑focused style
  • Proficiency with data entry
  • Willingness to cross‑train on several other positions within the scheduling department and cover vacations, sick leave, and work different shift hours
