**** Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* · Support office operations under the direction of the Administrative Support Assistant.
· Greet visitors and provide courteous customer service.
· Sort and distribute mail, deliveries, and departmental materials.
· Assist with filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and other routine office tasks.
· Support departmental events, projects, and special initiatives.
· Help maintain welcoming classrooms, common areas, and offices.
· Replenish office and classroom supplies as needed.
· Notify the Administrative Support Assistant of maintenance, safety, or facility concerns.
· Maintain confidentiality when handling departmental materials and information.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
** Qualifications*
* · Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
· Previous office experience is preferred but not required.
** Hours
* * Work schedules will be arranged around the student's academic schedule.
** Pay Rate****$10.75 per hour.
**** Eligibility
* * Employment is contingent upon eligibility for and enrollment in the Federal Work-Study Program, as well as the availability of Federal Work-Study funding.
