Good Landing Recovery is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Processing Clerk to support our administrative operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, organizing, processing, and maintaining company documents while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of document quality and record management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and process incoming documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize, scan, index, and electronically file documents in company systems.
  • Verify information and identify discrepancies, missing data, or incomplete documentation.
  • Update and maintain digital and physical records in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare documents for distribution, storage, or archiving.
  • Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled securely.
  • Retrieve documents and records upon request from authorized personnel.
  • Assist with record retention and document management procedures.
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve documentation issues.
  • Maintain accurate logs and processing records.
  • Perform routine administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards while adhering to deadlines.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in document processing, records management, data entry, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with electronic document management systems is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with document scanning and digital filing systems.
  • Experience handling confidential business records.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule

Full-time or part-time opportunities available Monday through Friday. Flexible scheduling may be available based on operational needs.
