Location: Macon, GA
Full Time: 36 Hours Per Week
Shift: 12-Hour AM shift
Pay: $13.74/hour + shift differentials

• Serves as the front desk reception, greeting visitors and clients with excellent customer service.
• Checking in clients to see providers or assisting new clients in enrolling in services in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Provides clerical support to office and direct support staff, including tasks like data entry/maintenance, copying/distributing documents, and materials, maintaining record-keeping, and filing systems, etc.
• Provides clerical support within the assigned functional area (i.e. scheduling facilities for maintenance, ordering supplies, alerting security as needed, etc.).
• Collects co-pays and other fees, processing credit card payments.
• Receives, screens, and directs telephone communications and/or answer telephone inquiries regarding River Edge and our services.
• Opens, sorts and routes incoming mail (external and internal), answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Fingerprint-Based Background Check of Georgia and Federal Criminal History Records
• Drug Screening
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Customer service experience or experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be 21 years of age or older
