Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests in the Tire & Battery Center and educate colleagues on tools, tasks, resources, and training.;
Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, TPMS, product specifications, and POS systems; support effective in-person and phone sales.;
Utilize handheld technology and digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve the service experience, and respond to safety alerts and product information.;
Manage equipment, tools, and supplies; track returns and special orders; operate cash registers and complete required paperwork; maintain inventory accuracy and compliance.;
Assist in mentoring and developing other technicians; embody the Sam's Club brand and deliver high-quality service to members..
