Strategic Account Manager Forecasting

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Plan and work with the sales team to create customer account plans, including insight data, to maximise sales value and profitability through JBP plans and customer negotiation.
• Generate accurate demand forecast to be used by the business for both availability and financial forecasts.
• Identify and action potential new business opportunities.
• In line with agreed account plans establish, develop and maintain close working long term relationships with key customers building market and competitive knowledge to identify and proactively satisfy customer requirements.
• Proactively challenge ways of working to help develop and drive positive change throughout the business and within the customer partnership. To develop direct reports, through completion of PDPs and coaching.
• To proactively lead packaging innovation, aligning to the customer strategy
• Identify areas of improvement, through KPIs and customer data analysis (CI). To create and drive improvement plans to deliver the benefit.

To actively promote best practice in relation to Hygiene, Health & Safety standards, good housekeeping and support the Company’s efforts to minimise its environmental impact and adopt environmental best practice
