Business Development Director– Biologics CDMOServices - (Europe – UK, Germany, Switzerland)
We are seeking an experienced business development professional to drive growth across our client's CDMOservices in Europe. This role focuses on securing new client partnerships, expanding existing accounts, and positioning a technical services organisation as a trusted long-term partner across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with European growth objectives
- Identify and secure new client opportunities across biotech and pharmaceutical markets
- Build senior-level relationships with stakeholders across multiple European countries
- Lead proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Represent the organisation at European industry events and conferences
- Proven business development experience within pharma, biotech, or CDMO environments
- Strong understanding of drug development, manufacturing, and regulated processes
- Track record of closing complex, multi-country deals and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; additional European languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required
