• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to drive business objectives
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets and objectives
• Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices in business development

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
