Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative services for an Entity CEO or System Level Executive while under minimal supervision. The role ensures the leader's time is used efficiently, anticipates needs, and initiates action to prepare necessary items. Coordinates and follows up on administrative activities and special projects. Organizes, prepares, and reviews administrative reports and assists in report and presentation preparation. This position has access to highly confidential, strategic, and critical information and regularly deals with diverse matters requiring extensive knowledge of the leader's area of responsibility.
QualificationsEducation
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Four years of administrative support experience, including one year supporting the Executive level
