The Logistics Specialist works closely with suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams to maintain accurate records, streamline logistics processes, and support overall warehouse efficiency. This position reports to the Director of Logistics or another management personnel that the CEO of the company may designate. The role is in‑office based out of the Cartersville office, 5 days a week, working hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am‑5:00pm or 9:00am‑6:00pm local time.
This position is expected to travel up to 20%.
- Manage and monitor inbound from the factory
- Manage and monitor outbound shipments to the customer
- Manage and monitor inventories for all inbound and outbound operations
- Report any incidents at the warehouse to supervisor in a timely manner to be resolved
- Arrange delivery schedule according to customer’s requirements and work with warehouse
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with the company’s attendance policy and supervisory assignment
- Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management
- High School/GED
- 0‑2 years of experience within warehouse, logistics, or related scope
- Bilingual in Korean
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Warehouse experience
- Logistics experience
- MS Office experience
- Stationary: frequently remains stationary up to 90% of time and sits up to 8 hours per day
- Move/Traverse: infrequently bend, stand, stoop and/or walk
- Carry: infrequently carry or lift objects (light to heavy) up to 10 pounds
- Hearing/Speech: frequently communicates with ability to hear and talk regularly with employees, coworkers, and all personnel; must be able to exchange accurate information
- Sight: frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, office documents, and office objects near and far
- Climb: occasionally ascends/descends on stairway to get to office lower and upper floors
- Travel: up to 20% as needed
- Regular professional, office business setting
- Noise level ranges from low to moderate (if in office setting)
- Noise level ranges from moderate to high (if on construction worksite)
- Role may transition to an onsite or hybrid arrangement, as determined by business needs and the Head of Department
