As part of our growing Sports & Entertainment market, this individual will play a central role in delivering iconic stadiums, arenas, and event spaces that redefine the fan experience and strengthen the communities we serve. From groundbreaking to opening day, you’ll be at the forefront of projects that demand precision, innovation, and a deep commitment to collaboration.

In this highly visible role, you’ll partner closely with project teams, trade contractors, designers, and owners to drive schedule, quality, and financial performance across complex, fast‑paced builds. You’ll bring leadership to the field, clarity to the process, and consistency to every phase of construction—no matter where the next project takes you. Note, the first assignment for this role will be on a large and exciting sports & entertainment venue in Macon, GA and will require full‑time on‑site presence.

• Develop bidders list, including ability to analyze information in CPS and be aware of local market capabilities
• Develop overall bidding strategy for project
• Manage distribution of bidding documents and tracking of bidders, including solicitation of bidders and management of data within CPS
• Organize and conduct pre‑bid meetings
• Manage development of work scopes and mentor others on their creation
• Develop front end documents for bidding based on project needs and requirements of owner contract
• Receive/evaluate bids and conduct post‑bid reviews
