Elite-Recruiting- is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating efforts for federal construction projects in Georgia. This role will develop cost estimates, manage subcontractor procurement, and support proposal development.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of construction estimating experience, particularly within federal projects ranging from $1M to $35M. A relevant degree is required along with proficiency in estimating software and federal procurement knowledge.
