Are you a logistics whiz with a knack for managing time and keeping things running smoothly? Pur Again Water is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our service technicians are efficiently dispatched and that our customers receive top-notch service.

• Manage service callsand dispatch technicians to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Utilize your strong understanding of local geography and traffic flow to optimize service routes.
• Ensure an 80% sitrate for service technicians by effectively scheduling and managingtheir daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and satisfied.
• Use your logisticsknowledge, whether from military, warehouse, or delivery experience,to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain and updatethe CRM system to ensure accurate records of all service calls andtechnician assignments.
• Handle time management with precision, ensuring that all service calls areaddressed in a timely manner.
• Work closely withthe service team, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork.
