Are you a logistics whiz with a knack for managing time and keeping things running smoothly? Pur Again Water is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our service technicians are efficiently dispatched and that our customers receive top-notch service.
What You’ll Do:- Manage service callsand dispatch technicians to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Utilize your strong understanding of local geography and traffic flow to optimize service routes.
- Ensure an 80% sitrate for service technicians by effectively scheduling and managingtheir daily tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and satisfied.
- Use your logisticsknowledge, whether from military, warehouse, or delivery experience,to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain and updatethe CRM system to ensure accurate records of all service calls andtechnician assignments.
- Handle time management with precision, ensuring that all service calls areaddressed in a timely manner.
- Work closely withthe service team, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork.
What We’re Looking For:
- Logistics Expertise

Experience in logistics, whether through military,warehouse, or delivery services like Uber or Door Dash, is highly valued. - Local Knowledge
: A deep understanding of the local area, ideally havinglived here your whole life. - Strong Computer Skills
