What You'll Do
- Provide specialized neonatal care to infants in a Level-III NICU setting
- Collaborate with an experienced team of neonatologists and nurse practitioners
- Participate in daily patient rounds and oversee critical care procedures such as high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide delivery, and brain cooling
- Serve as a clinical educator with appointments at Mercer Medical School
- Engage in regional neonatal care protocols and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Support a trauma-designated regional center with advanced neonatal services
What You Need
- Medical license in Georgia and current neonatal/pediatric certification
- Prior experience in neonatal intensive care preferred
- Ability to perform high-level clinical procedures and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
