Middle Georgia State University (MGA), a multi-campus, baccalaureate and graduate degree-granting public institution, is the most affordable public state university in Georgia. MGA has five campuses-Macon, Cochran, Dublin, Eastman, and Warner Robins, all located in central Georgia—and global outreach through its fully-online campus. Its enrollment of 8,400 students is largely comprised of students from most of Georgia's 159 counties. The University has six academic schools, including Georgia's flagship aviation program, that support its mission to educate and graduate inspired, lifelong learners whose scholarship and careers enhance the state.

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics is a unit of the School of Computing. The department offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with the options of a General Mathematics track, Mathematics Education track, or Data Analytics track. The department also offers a minor in Mathematics. These programs provide students with the analytical and problem-solving skills required to advance in today's workforce.

This position is for high school teachers currently employed with a school system that is partnering with MGA for dual enrollment purposes. The Department of Mathematics & Statistics within the School of Computing at Middle Georgia State University is seeking candidates for part time instructors to teach dual enrollment courses that the high school level.

Required Educational Qualifications

Minimum of a master's degree in Mathematics or related field
