• Student Services Leadership
• Academic Leadership
• Other higher education people-management roles

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Organizational Leadership, Student Services, Workforce Development, or related field required;
  Master’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of campus leadership experience
• OR 4–7 years of progressive people leadership experience within higher education, workforce development, or postsecondary environments
• Demonstrated success leading teams, building accountability, and supporting organizational culture
• Strong communication, coaching, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
• Experience supporting operational excellence and student-centered initiatives
• Ability to lead through change, growth, and organizational development
• Experience working within higher education, workforce development, nonprofit, or mission-driven environments strongly preferred
