Mercer University is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach. Women's Lacrosse at Mercer University is an NCAA Division I sport and member of the Southern Conference. This is a full‑time, 12‑month position with full benefits.

• Help develop the Division I Intercollegiate Lacrosse program.
• Player development and evaluation.
• Scouting and film analysis.
• Fundraising.
• Monitor student‑athletes’ academic progress and NCAA compliance.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Prior coaching experience;
  Division I coaching experience preferred.
• Ability to evaluate, recruit, teach, motivate, and mentor student‑athletes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; effective collaboration with staff, faculty, and university community.
• Capacity to articulate Mercer’s educational values and the role of intercollegiate athletics in student development.
• Strong leadership qualities and an enthusiastic personality.

• Working knowledge of NCAA rules related to women's lacrosse.
• Knowledge of NCAA recruiting test requirements.
• Ability to identify prospective student‑athletes who can succeed in a demanding academic and athletic environment.
• Proven ability to communicate with college and high school students.
• Assist with daily office operations.
• Assist with team equipment and travel.
