Job DescriptionCandidates must be certified in, or eligible for certification in Early Childhood Education (K-5). Bibb County is a Strategic Waiver District. Alternative certification routes are available to individuals with a degree from an accredited institution.

- Clarify deadlines, schedules, and procedures to students and parents to ensure timely completion of coursework

- Be available to students and parents for conferences per district policies
- Facilitate home‑school communication via conferences, telephoning, and written communications
