**** Position Overview
** The
** McEachern Art Center (MAC)
** is hiring
** Gallery Curators
** for the 26-27 academic year. Curators oversee gallery operations during open hours, guide visitors through exhibitions, and maintain a professional, secure, and organized space.

This role provides practical experience in gallery operations, visitor engagement, and arts administration.
** Employment Term
**** Start of the Fall semester in August to the last day of classes.
**** Core Responsibilities
*** Report directly to the MAC Director
* Lead gallery tours for guests and community members
* Maintain gallery cleanliness and organization
* Ensure alarm system is set and doors are secured at the end of each shift
* Represent the MAC professionally during all open hours
** Required Qualifications
*** Must be a current
** Mercer University
** undergraduate or graduate student
* Must be
** Federal Work-Study qualified
*** Students should contact the Financial Aid Office to confirm eligibility
* Strong communication skills
* Organized and dependable
* Professional and positive attitude
* Willingness to contribute to the continued growth of the MAC
** Position Details**
