Special Education Teacher
Special Education Teacher delivering individualized instruction and support to students with special needs, fostering academic growth and social development within a collaborative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Adapt lesson plans to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and specialists
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction
- Document and report student performance
- Provide behavioral support and interventions
- Maintain accurate records and comply with regulations
- Participate in professional development
- Facilitate inclusive classroom activities
- Advocate for student needs
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience with students with special needs
