- Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Three or more years of progressively responsible work in program administration, business operations, higher education administration, financial management, or equivalent.
- Three or more years supporting graduate, professional, continuing education, workforce development programs, or equivalent.
- Two or more years coordinating conferences, webinars, professional development programs, other revenue-generating events, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise systems such as Athena, Banner, eLC, Grad Status, Question Pro, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop budgets, reconcile financial transactions, and prepare financial reports.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and prepare reports that support operational and strategic decision-making.
