Job Details:
The School of Law at Mercer University invites applications for inclusion in its Adjunct Faculty/PRN Professionals Applicant Pool.

Job Summary:

The School of Law seeks qualified professionals and educators who are interested in contributing to the preparation of our students through teaching, mentoring, and academic engagement. Adjunct faculty members and PRN professionals are appointed on a semester-by-semester basis to provide instruction or other learning opportunities in undergraduate, graduate, and/or professional programs. This posting is intended to establish and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for potential teaching and professional opportunities.

Applications will be reviewed by the appropriate academic units as instructional needs arise. Submission of an application does not guarantee employment or an offer of a teaching assignment. Mercer University welcomes applications from both individuals who have been identified through academic unit recruitment efforts and qualified external candidates interested in future instructional opportunities.

This is a continuous posting used to develop and maintain a pool of Adjunct Faculty/PRN Professional candidates. Applications may remain active for consideration for future instructional opportunities.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree or higher in the discipline or a closely related field, where appropriate
  • Relevant professional, academic, clinical, or industry experience
  • Additional qualifications may be required to meet accreditation, licensure, or program-specific standards
