• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in local Walker County classrooms.
• Assist classroom teachers with daily instruction, routines, and lesson reinforcement.
• Support students with special needs by helping reinforce IEP goals and positive behavior strategies.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.

• Valid Georgia PSC (Professional Standards Commission) certification OR a valid Georgia Substitute Certificate.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to pass standard Georgia school background checks and clearances.
• A passion for helping local students succeed.

• Previous experience working with children (daycare, sports coaching, tutoring, or schools).
• Special education or behavioral support experience.
