Job Overview: Seeking an MEP+ITS Design EIT to be part of the Engineering Services of Ferrovial Construction North America.

• Perform Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and ITS engineering design tasks for Tender and Detailed Design phase of projects.
• Work with both internal and external teams of experts and coordinate design activities between staff, external consultants하여 and clients.
• Review engineering information produced by internal and external consultant teams to ensure the design reaches the different technical requirements of the project.
• Help ensure designs can be integrated into construction plans complying that the design is feasible for construction.
• Manage work through the planning and scheduling, as well as the review and approval of tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Estimate quantities of materials and develop specifications to determine project feasibility and implement design enhancements.
• Identify both schedule and quantities variances and develop recommendations for corrective action.
• Perform visits to the working site to oversee transport infrastructure activities.
• Prepare engineering reports aboad projects, including creating analytical two and three-dimensional models.
• Participate JK project decisions regarding technical approaches, and scheduling performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• MS degree with one‑year experience acceptable.
• 0-2+ years of experience in the design of highways, buildings and/or airports.
• Registered E.I.T preferred.
• Must be on a track for attaining a Professional Engineering (PE) registration.
• Knowledge and experience with design software such as AGI 32 and electrical साझा, HVAC, CAD/Micro Station/BIM 3D applicable software common to the field of transportation engineering and airports.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam PDF, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated qualities of leadership and hard work.
