- Participate in design reviews and provide critical feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Define structural objectives, methodologies, and timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Conduct advanced finite element modeling and analysis.
- Review and validate finite element models and analysis results.
- Perform complex structural analysis margin calculations.
- Advanced knowledge of aerospace engineering principles.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and innovative thinking.
- High proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
- Expertise in CAD, FEA, and other simulation tools (Simcenter FEMAP and NASTRAN preferred)
- In‑depth knowledge of structural static, dynamic, and/or fatigue analysis.
- Classic strength and stability analysis using industry‑accepted standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- 5–9 years of progressive experience in structural analysis engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced finite element analysis (FEA) for complex aerospace structures, including model development, validation, and results interpretation.
- Strong working knowledge of aerospace structural analysis methods, including static strength, stability, dynamics, vibration, and fatigue analysis.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard analysis and simulation tools; experience with Simcenter FEMAP and NASTRAN strongly preferred.
