I’m hiring on behalf of a growing U.S. medical device company for a Sustaining Engineer to support and optimise a regulated medical device platform already in the market.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, quality, manufacturing and regulatory. You will own post-market performance activities, lead CAPA and root cause investigations, manage design changes and maintain technical documentation under FDA and ISO frameworks. You’ll work hands-on with the product while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing compliance and performance.

• 2+ years’ experience in a regulated medical device environment
• Experience with CAPA, nonconformances and change control
• Exposure to DHF / DMR documentation and V&V activities
• Background in Biomedical, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering
