About the Position

We are searching for a Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, and possess 4+ years of experience in project management.

In this role, you will own planning, execution, and delivery of aviation projects—leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client and regulatory requirements.

You will build and maintain trusted client relationships, actively manage project financial performance, and lead scope definition, proposal development, and contract execution.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a leadership role.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from an Accredited College or University
  • 4+ years of related experience in project management, or 8+ years of combined post‑secondary education and experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and mentor project teams
  • Proven experience managing project scope, budget, schedule, and multidisciplinary coordination from planning through construction
  • Ability to anticipate project challenges and adjust plans to stay on track
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/Microstation, MS Project, and other relevant software
  • Familiarity with accrual accounting principles and experience in revenue recognition and billing
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business
  • Occasional travel to meetings, job sites, and client locations may be required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional license (PE, AIA, RLA, AICP, etc.) depending on client and project requirements
  • Experience in managing both public and private sector projects
  • Strong negotiation skills for contract preparation and fee proposals
  • Experience leading project kickoff, coordination meetings, and design/construction phase deliverables
  • Experience monitoring project financial performance, including cost‑to‑complete forecasting and budget tracking
  • Ability to ensure quality control, interdisciplinary coordination, and complete, accurate deliverables
  • Experience with airport stakeholders (airlines, airport authorities, FAA/regulated environments)
  • Experience with airport, airside/landside, or industrial/cargo facility projects is highly valued.
