• Lead and motivate local Pest Technician teams to deliver outstanding service
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure routes are completed efficiently
• Maintain regulatory compliance and exceed safety standards
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve cancellation requests
• Inspect and evaluate technician performance
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products
• Facilitate continual training of sales and service teams

• Associate’s degree (four‑year degree highly desirable)
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence
• 1–2 years of related experience (not required but helpful)
• Willingness to relocate highly desirable
• Strong leadership and motivation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem‑solving ability with practical solutions
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers and employees
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on safety
• Basic/intermediate math aptitude for sales and service calculations
• Comfortable working outdoors, and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
