Marching Band Student Assistant

The Marching Band Student Assistant will assist with preparation for all rehearsals and performances, including music preparation and distribution; assist with instrument inventory and cleaning, and recruitment activities.

• Assist with rehearsal and performance preparation.
• Assist with music preparation and distribution.
• Assist with instrument inventory and cleaning.
• Participate in recruitment activities.

• Self‑starter, dependable and able to work without supervision.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must qualify for the Federal Work‑Study Program.
• Availability for 5–10 hours a week (scheduled for 10 hours).

  End date: 05/15/2027.
• Pay rate: starts at $10.00 per hour.

All student employees must complete an Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I‑9) and present documentation verifying citizenship or permanent residency. Work may not commence until the I‑9 form has been completed and properly certified. The required documents include a valid U.S. passport, certificate of U.S. citizenship, alien registration card with photograph, or two of the following: a state driver’s license, validated student , original social security card, birth certificate.
