The Mission of the Financial Services SpecialistYou are the agency’s expert on long-term wealth and retirement strategies. Your mission is two-fold:
- Strategic Acquisition You will proactively market to individuals and businesses, identifying opportunities for personal and company-level retirement plans (e.g., 401(k) s, IRAs, and more).
- Holistic Stewardship You will serve our existing investment clients through meticulous reviews and adjustments, while also identifying cross-sell opportunities within our deep roster of insurance clients who don’t yet have their investments with us.
- Relational Intelligence You must lead conversations from technical discussions about securities to heartfelt talks about retirement goals.
- Proactive Growth Mindset You will engage in outside marketing to grow assets under management; you don’t wait for the phone to ring.
- Rapid & Precise Decision Making You must be comfortable making confident recommendations based on market data and client best interests.

Because this role involves the financial futures of our clients, our hiring process is rigorous. The initial steps are:
- The Video Intro Submit a 2–3 minute video explaining a time you helped someone realize a dream and why you are the right person to lead our Financial Services division.
- The Deep Dive We use the Predictive Index and intensive interviews to ensure your behavioral traits align with the high-stakes world of securities and retirement.
- Series 6, 63 & 65 licenses and other relevant certifications.
Compensation $80,000.00 - $ per year
