Key Responsibilities:

Managethe weekly allocation of assets into various tax equity funds through thetranching process.
Optimize the tranching process utilizing a team of analysts and proprietary technology solutions.
Collaborate closely with finance team members, banks, investors, and other stakeholders tomeet the goals of each tax equity fund.
Provide analysis of recent trends in the tranching process and forecast future changesin tax equity portfolios.
Maintain financial models of tax equity partnerships over a 25-year investment horizon.
Produce consistent and detailed analysis for the benefit of team members.

Minimum Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or data analytics.
Tenyears of relevant work experience managing a team of junior staff.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business integrated systems such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate degree in business administration.
Experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, or accounting.
Background with tax equity investments from the investor, sponsor, or advisor perspectives.
Experience in statistics, data analysis, or computer programming.
Proficiency in computer languages such as SQL or Python.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
