Collateral Management Specialist

Mid South Community Federal Credit Union is seeking to hire a talented individual who is driven by the desire to serve others in our Member Solutions Department.

The primary role of a Collateral Management Specialist (non-exempt, grade
8) at Mid South Community FCU is to process DMV paperwork on consumer loans with collateral, ensuring perfection of title on new loans, release of title on paid off loans, and servicing of requested changes on existing loans.

The Collections Department is a small team directly led by the Member Solutions Manager and housed at our Mercer branch in Macon, GA. This department is a busy environment that contacts delinquent accounts by phone and mail, then takes the appropriate action to bring current. As a Collateral Management Specialist, you will maintain an accurate list of insurance coverage information on collateral loans or a list of credit union provided collateral protection coverage.

Additionally, you will serve as a backup Member Solutions Specialist by contacting delinquent accounts by phone and mail and taking appropriate action to bring current.

The Collateral Management Specialist position is a full-time role, working 40 hours weekly.

$20.81 - $26.00/hour
