Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Cytotechnology, Biology, or Life Sciences
Completion of an accredited Cytotechnology program
Cytotechnologist (CT) ASCP certification (or equivalent)
One to two years of experience in cytology or clinical diagnostics
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle cellular abnormalities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diagnostic care team
Technical proficiency and interest in continuing education in the field
