• Handling billing procedures and resolving complex claims
• Staying current with regulatory changes to ensure compliance
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet service and revenue goals
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations

• Minimum 2 years of home infusion billing experience
• Familiarity with HIPAA standards (2+ years)
• Passion for billing, claims, and document management
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Broad understanding of billing processes and procedures
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance metrics
