Arlington Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and energetic Activities Aide to join our team! If you enjoy working with seniors and creating meaningful experiences that brighten someone’s day, we would love to meet you.

• Assist in planning and leading engaging daily activities for residents
• Support group programs including games, arts & crafts, music, exercise, and social events
• Encourage resident participation and promote social interaction
• Document participation and communicate resident engagement with the care team

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience in senior living, long-term care, or activities preferred
• Energetic, creative, and compassionate personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
