Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program:
Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program:

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Must be proficient in Cardiac Drips - Trach chare, chest tube management, PIV starts, glucometer, - Common drips:
Insulin drips, Heparin drips, drips to titrate to HR not BP

Required Credentials: - Traveler will be required to pass and EKG competency exam during onboarding - ASN/BSN

Preferred Credentials: Certification in med surg is a plus

Unit/Facility Details: - Medical Surgical Tele Float Pool - Parking:
Free? Have free parking around campus or can pay to park in parking decks

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend.

- Holiday Requirements - Must work 11/27 or 11/28 & 12/24 or 12/25 & 12/31 or 1/1

Floating Requirements: To Baldwin and all Med surg tele units velers are utilized in a float pool capacity – will be required to float to all Med/Tele units in house, as needed

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - 1 required for submission

Proof of identification required
