Shift7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience- 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.
- Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
- Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
- ASN completion required
- Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).
- This role will require floating to multiple units
- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional DetailsRequired Skills/
Experience:
Trach chare, chest tube management, PIV starts, glucommander, insulin drips, heparin drips, drips to titrate to HR not BP - Monitoring and management of invasive lines i.e. arterial lines, central venous lines, pulse oximetry, intracranial pressure monitoring - Assist/management of a variety of bedside procedures i.e. chest tube placement/management, tracheostomy, peg tube placement
Required Credentials: BCR (Basic Cardiac Rhythm) – meaning traveler will be required to pass an EKG competency exam as part of Compliance – ASN/BSN

- Weekend Rotation: 6 weekend shifts on a 6 week schedule (6 shifts out of 12)
- Holiday Requirements:
Travelers will work 75% of holidays. Holiday Expectations: work one shift of each major holiday (Thanksgiving Day or day after + 12/24 or 12/25 + 12/31 or 1/1)
- Float between other PCU units.
- Within and below scope as needed
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - 1 required for submission
