Director of Rehabilitation

Join a growing outpatient orthopedic/sports‑medicine practice as the Physical Therapy Director for a state‑of‑the‑art, newly built 3,000 sq. ft. rehab facility. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a player/coach environment—balancing hands‑on clinical care with team development and operational leadership.

• Lead daily operations of the PT department; ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance
• Provide patient care while mentoring and supporting PTs, PTAs, and Aides
• Develop and expand programs such as post‑offer testing, FCEs, and employment screenings
• Build strong referral and employer relationships through community outreach
• Maintain accurate documentation, billing practices, and departmental quality standards

• Master’s degree in healthcare or related field
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferably in an outpatient environment
• 5+ years of direct Physical Therapy experience
• CPR certification; knowledge of CPT/ICD‑10
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
