Work Overview We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will provide specialized behavioral intervention, assessment services and support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans and providing first time or short term interventions to clients. Additionally, this role would review treatment plans that require clinical feedback, review of Behavior intervention Plans and will provide clinical consultation with network providers.

Key Responsibilities Conducts assessment of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and produces assessment report to include a recommendation for treatment and supervision hours

Assures clients and caregivers receive interventions regularly and offers are made to caregivers/clients to meet requirements

Attends and supports stakeholders at school IEPs/ARDs. The BCBA is responsible to provide collaboration opportunities with teaching staff

Selects and delivers appropriate interventions to clients experiencing gaps in care Observes and assesses client skills and progress to inform recommendations for ongoing intervention and behavioral programmingBCBA is responsible for managing a caseload of 7-10 stakeholders

Provides continuous support, guidance and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians and/ or Behavior Technicians Remains compliant with BABCB requirements

Collaborates and consults with service providers on clients treatment and progress

Attaining and achieving competencies in relation to role responsibility

Benefits

Benefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week. Full time employees are eligible for benefits at 90 days of employment.

Requirements

Must have a Texas LBA certification

Active BCBA Certification Completed 8 hour supervision training

Experience with pediatric, autistic and developmentally disabled clients

Great customer service skills
