Locations:Athens, Buford, Cumming, Gainesville, Kennesaw, Macon, Marietta, Stockbridge and Woodstock, Georgia.
Nationwide Opportunities:Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.
Compensation:- Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
- Relocation assistance available (up to $20K- location dependent)
- Required:
BCBA or BCaBAcertification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program - Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analyticcoursework
- Active certification andlicensure (where required)
- Conduct behavioralassessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversightand supervision of ABA services
- Supervise and mentor RBTsand other clinical staff
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure services meet BACB,payer, and state regulatory standards
