Front Porch of Bowdon Senior Living is a resident-centered personal care home located in the heart of Bowdon, Georgia. As a for-benefit senior living community, we focus on creating a warm and welcoming environment where older adults can thrive. Our team is dedicated to delivering consistent, compassionate care while building meaningful relationships with our residents.

Position Summary: As a 2nd Shift Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well‑being of our residents during the evening hours. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by providing hands-on care, companionship, and support to those who call Front Porch of Bowdon their home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ health and well‑being, reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
• Provide companionship and foster a positive, engaging environment.
• Support residents with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure the safety and security of residents during the 2nd shift.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of care and uphold our community values.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old, reliable, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Complete mandatory Proxy Caregiver training within 30 days of hire and obtain BLS CPR certification.
• A compassionate and patient individual with a genuine desire to care for older adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with residents and team members.
• A team player who is reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• No prior experience required - just bring your dedication and willingness to learn!
