Pay Range: $63.45 - $95.20 per hour

Atrium Health Navicent is recruiting a Physician Assistant (PA) to join the Cardiothoracic Surgery team in Central Georgia. The PA will participate in surgical cases and assist in providing high-quality, evidence‑based care in a premier healthcare environment.

• Provide clinical support during thoracic and cardiovascular surgical procedures.
• Assist in pre‑operative and post‑operative patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
• Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure accurate, efficient patient management and reduce errors.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• Respond to irregular schedules as needed to meet patient care demands.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Certification/License: Current license to practice in the State of Georgia and board certification in a PA specialty.
• Skills: Demonstrated competence in surgical settings; proficient in performing tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain continuous professional development through required CEU hours each renewal period.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call duties.

Compensation

• Base pay within the listed range, adjusted for qualifications and experience.
• Premium pay for shift and on‑call work.
