Heartland Hospice, part of Gentiva, is seeking a compassionate Hospice Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families at end of life. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to tailor care plans and ensure dignity, peace, and connection in alignment with each patient’s beliefs.
You’ll conduct visits, prayers, and rituals, assist during times of grief, and build partnerships with local faith leaders to satisfy diverse spiritual needs.
