Are you looking for a hands-on healthcare role where you can make a direct impact on patients' lives? As a Respiratory Therapist Assistant
, you'll play an essential role in supporting respiratory care services and helping patients breathe easier in the comfort of their homes.
This is a dynamic, patient-focused position combining clinical support, equipment management, and meaningful interaction with patients and families.
What You’ll Do- Assist Respiratory Therapists with patient care and equipment setup
- Perform home and oxygen assessments
- Deliver, retrieve, clean, and maintain medical equipment
- Educate patients on proper equipment use and safety
- Ensure infection control, safety compliance, and Joint Commission standards are met
- Complete accurate documentation and support quality improvement efforts
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
