Job Duties:

Responsible for the oversight of the Crisis Residential Apartments (3 beds) - this includes daily visits, billing for services, case management, assisting with skills development, obtaining more permanent housing and documentation of these services in a electronic health record. Provides case management and skill building service to other individuals in the residential units at the aprtment complex. Assists with the turnover of apartments when someone moves out and ensures the unit is ready for the next individual to move in.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Counseling or related field.
  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Counseling or related field and 1 year of experience working in a community mental health setting providing direct services.

(LEVEL 2 @ 40,000)

(LEVEL 3 @ 42,000)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience in social services delivery.
