About the Position

We are seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for our Holbrook Sugar Hill assisted living and memory care facility in Sugar Hill, GA. The role requires a minimum of 8‑10 weekday hours between 9AM and 3PM, with the flexibility to split hours at the candidate’s convenience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies.
  • Help optimize functional self‑care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in‑service education.
  • In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated.
  • Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines.
  • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care.
  • Support compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current or eligible Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
  • ASHA accreditation or equivalent.
