You’ll collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist, Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines to deliver patient-centered care while supporting continuous quality improvements.
The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy, a Georgia PTA license, and at least two years’ experience in a skilled nursing facility
