Adelphi is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide services at a facility in Callaway County, Missouri. The ideal candidate will assess functional needs and provide occupational therapy services to adult consumers, with a focus on adaptive equipment, mobility, safety, fall-risk reduction, and daily living skills.

- Schedule:
Part-time, up to 24 hours per week - Shift: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM
- Active Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience providing occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
- Ability to support adult consumers with mobility, self-care, adaptive equipment, and safety needs.
- Behavioral health, rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital experience preferred.
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to complete orientation and meet facility credentialing/security requirements.
- Assess functional mobility and determine the need for mobility or adaptive equipment.
- Recommend interventions to support fall-risk reduction, safety, and functional independence.
- Notify facility staff of recommended equipment needs.
- Educate consumers and caregivers on the safe and appropriate use of adaptive equipment.
- Provide OT assessments and interventions for ADLs, self-care, and fine motor coordination.
- Support functional needs related to weakness, muscle re-education, and pain management.
- Document services, recommendations, and consumer progress in accordance with facility guidelines.
- Attend required orientation prior to beginning services.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
