We’re looking for Occupational Therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and making a meaningful difference every day.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies
- Help optimize functional self-care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population
- Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education
- In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program
- Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care
- Support compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
- Current or eligible SLP license in the state of practice ASHA accreditation or equivalent
- Competitive compensation ($55.00 per hour)
