Salary: $78,000 – $90,000 per year, plus monthly bonus potential.

• Connect & Treat: evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.

• Prioritize Care: maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because patient outcomes matter more than productivity quotas.
